OFFICIAL RULES AND REGULATIONS

For clarity, the Prize mentioned in any advertisement, website, including within these Rules, is available to be won amongst all participating HYUNDAI^TM dealers within the provinces of Ontario (see Appendix “A” below). The odds of winning a prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received amongst all participating HYUNDAI^TM dealers in Ontario on or before the Contest Closing Date.

THIS CONTEST IS OPEN TO LEGAL CANADIAN RESIDENTS WHO RESIDE IN THE PROVINCE OF ONTARIO AND IS GOVERNED BY CANADIAN LAW. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. MAKING A PURCHASE OR LEASING A VEHICLE WILL NOT IN ANY WAY WHATSOEVER INCREASE OR OTHERWISE IMPACT YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

AGREEMENT TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THE OFFICIAL RULES: By completing and submitting an entry into this Contest, you are signifying your agreement that you have read and agree to be legally bound by these Official Rules (the "Rules").

CONTEST PERIOD: The Contest commences at 9:00:00 A.M. Eastern Daylight Time (“EDT”) on May 11, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 P.M. EDT on June 30, 2026 (the "Contest Period"). The Contest closes at 11:59:59 P.M. EDT on June 30, 2026 (the "Contest Closing Date").

ELIGIBILITY: The Contest is open to legal Canadian residents who reside within the Province of Ontario at the time of entry and awarding of a prize if applicable; who have reached the legal age of majority within the Province of Ontario; and have a valid email account. The eligible winner must hold a valid driver’s license within the Province of Ontario, including the requirements in Section 10 below. You are not eligible to participate if you are an employee, officer, director, representative or agent (or someone with whom any such person is domiciled, whether related or not, or a member of their respective immediate family) of HYUNDAI^TM Canada Inc., participating HYUNDAI^TM Dealers within the Province of Ontario as listed in Appendix "A" below, (the group is collectively referred as “HYUNDAI^TM Ontario”) and collectively with HYUNDAI^TM Canada Inc., referred as the "Sponsors"), Read Me Now Marketing Inc. (the "Contest Administrator"), and their subsidiaries, affiliates, prize supplier, advertising/promotion agencies, dealers or any other individual(s), entity or entities involved in the development, production, implementation, administration or fulfillment of the Contest (collectively with the Sponsors, the "Contest Parties"). Groups, clubs, organizations, businesses, and commercial/non-commercial entities cannot participate. For clarity, “immediate family” means mother, father, brothers, sisters, sons, daughters, and/or legal or common-law spouse. The information you provide will be used for the administration of this Contest. Please refer to Privacy Policy section 11.x below to learn more about how we handle your personal information.

HOW TO ENTER: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To enter, scan the participating HYUNDAI^TM Ontario dealer QR code found on any promotional or advertising material, which will direct you to the participating HYUNDAI^TM Ontario dealers' Contest entry form page, or visit https://tucsonlife.hyundaigiveaway.com/no-purchase to enter without scanning a QR code. NOTE: If you enter without scanning a QR code, you may be asked to select the closest participating HYUNDAI^TM Ontario dealer.

Reminder: There is a limit of one (1) entry per person during the Contest Period, regardless of how many advertisements you may see or participating dealerships that are near your home location.

Complete the on-line entry form with:

Provide us with your personal answers to assist the participating HYUNDAI^TM Ontario dealer in understanding what type of vehicle you presently drive and if you own or lease your vehicle, along with any other mandatory survey question(s) that may be generated based on your answers.

iii.

Check the box to confirm that you have reached the age of majority in the Province of Ontario and that you have read the Official Rules of this Contest and agree to abide by the Official Rules.

Optional: Check the box if you would like to start receiving updates and news, including exclusive offers, product releases, vehicle highlights, events, and more by email or SMS from your participating HYUNDAI^TM Ontario dealership and HYUNDAI^TM Canada. (IMPORTANT NOTE: It is not necessary to opt-in to receive promotional communications from your participating HYUNDAI^TM Ontario dealership and HYUNDAI^TM Canada, and doing so will not increase or otherwise impact your chances of winning in this Contest. You can opt out of receiving promotional communications from your participating HYUNDAI^TM Ontario dealership and/or HYUNDAI^TM Canada at any time without impacting your chances of winning in this Contest.

Select "Submit" to submit your completed Entry Form (the "Entry"). To be eligible, your Entry must be submitted and received in accordance with these Rules.

Upon receipt of an Entry, you will receive a webpage stating "Thank you for entering" message. Within this webpage, your preferred HYUNDAI^TM Ontario dealer may offer you an exclusive offer that is in no way tied or linked to this Contest. If you wish to participate in this exclusive HYUNDAI^TM dealer offer, please follow the steps requested within the offer section.

Your personal information that you provided will only be used for the administration of this Contest unless you opted in to receive future communication from your participating HYUNDAI^TM Ontario dealer and HYUNDAI^TM Canada.

All QR codes and all website address will no longer be valid once the Contest has closed.

ENTRY LIMITS: There is a limit of one (1) entry per person during the Contest Period, regardless of how many advertisements you may see or participating dealerships that you may choose to visit during the Contest Period. For clarity, a person can only use one (1) email account to enter the Contest, and that person can only enter once (1) amongst all participating HYUNDAI^TM Ontario dealers. All personal information provided must be truthful and accurate. If it is discovered by the Contest Administrator (using any evidence or other information made available to or otherwise discovered by the Contest Administrator) that any person has attempted to: (i) obtain more than one (1) entry; (ii) and/or use multiple names, multiple identities, multiple email addresses, or any other system(s) or program(s) and/or any other means not in keeping with the interpretation of the letter and/or spirit of these Rules to enter or otherwise participate in or to disrupt this Contest; then he/she may be disqualified from the Contest in the sole discretion, acting reasonably and in accordance with applicable laws, of the Contest Administrator. Your entry may be rejected if (in the sole discretion, acting reasonably and in accordance with applicable laws, of the Contest Administrator) the entry is not fully completed with all required information and submitted and received in accordance with these Rules. The Contest Parties and each of their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns (collectively, the "Released Parties") are not responsible for, and accept no liability whatsoever in relation to, any late, lost, misdirected, delayed, incomplete, or incompatible Entries and/or other information (all of which are void).

VERIFICATION: All entries and entrants are subject to verification at any time and for any reason. The Contest Administrator reserve the right, in their sole discretion, acting reasonably and in accordance with applicable laws, to require proof of identity and/or eligibility (in a form acceptable to the Contest Administrator including, without limitation, government issued photo identification): (i) for the purposes of verifying an individual's eligibility to participate in this Contest; (ii) for the purposes of verifying the eligibility and/or legitimacy of any Entry and/or other information entered (or purportedly entered) for this Contest; and/or (iii) for any other reason the Contest Administrator deem necessary, in their sole discretion, acting reasonably and in accordance with applicable laws, for the purposes of administering this Contest in accordance with the interpretation of the letter and spirit of these Rules. Failure to provide such proof to the complete satisfaction of the Contest Administrator within the timeline specified by the Contest Administrator may result in the disqualification of the entrant and his/her Entry in the sole discretion, acting reasonably and in accordance with applicable laws, of the Contest Administrator. Proof of transmission (postmarks, screenshots, or captures, etc.) or attempted transmission of a submission or of attempted submission of any communication does not constitute proof of delivery or receipt by the Contest computers and Contest Administrator. The sole determinant of the time for this Contest will be the official timekeeping device(s) used by the Contest Administrator.

PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE: There is one (1) Prize (the "Prize") available to be won during the Contest Period and amongst all methods of entry and from all participating HYUNDAI^TM Ontario dealers, where an entry was received during the contest period. The prize vehicle may not be exactly as depicted in promotional materials. Actual vehicle colour, model, trim, optional features, and specifications may vary. The prize will be awarded as described in these Official Rules. The Prize consists of a 2026 HYUNDAI^TM TUCSON® PREFERRED AWD vehicle in Crystal White. The approximate retail value of the Prize, excluding applicable taxes on the vehicle, freight, and pre-delivery inspection charges, is $43,048.48 CAD (based on cost provided 30 days before the start of the Contest).

The vehicle color will be Crystal White, which has been pre-selected by HYUNDAI^TM Canada Inc., in its sole discretion, acting reasonably and in accordance with applicable laws. No color change permitted. The Prize vehicle must be registered in the winner’s name; no name assignment, transfer, or name change is permitted. The confirmed winner is responsible for registration, license plates, title, license fees, insurance, and all other costs incurred in registering and/or using the vehicle, which must be paid before the delivery of the vehicle. The confirmed winner is responsible for all taxes and expenses not specified herein. The confirmed winner will be responsible for any other expenses not specifically described above, as included in the Prize, including but not limited to adequate insurance coverage on the Prize pursuant to the terms of licensing. Upon receipt of the signed Release Form as defined in Rule 10, the confirmed winner will be required to accept delivery of the vehicle within 8 – 12 weeks at the selected HYUNDAI^TM Ontario dealership as designated by the Contest Administrator in its sole discretion, acting reasonably and in accordance with applicable laws. If, for any reason, the vehicle cannot be delivered within the 8 – 12 week period, the HYUNDAI^TM Ontario dealer will notify the confirmed winner and will provide the confirmed winner with an update on when the vehicle is expected to be delivered. The Released Parties are not responsible for any costs associated with a confirmed winner's transportation to/from the selected HYUNDAI^TM Ontario dealership for delivery. Each selected HYUNDAI^TM Ontario dealer makes no express or implied warranties or conditions of any kind with respect to the Prize. The manufacturer’s standard vehicle warranty applies to the Prize.

If the confirmed winner elects to add any other options to the vehicle or upgrade the model of the vehicle, all associated costs for adding any such options or upgrading the vehicle will be at the winner’s sole expense. The confirmed winner will be required to provide the participating Sponsor, as selected by the Contest Administrator, with an acceptable means of payment for these upgrades. The confirmed winner is responsible for registration, license plates, title, license fees, insurance, and all other costs incurred in registering and/or using the vehicle, and these must be paid before the delivery of the vehicle. The confirmed winner is responsible for all taxes and expenses not specified herein. The confirmed winner must have, and present to the participating Sponsor as selected by the Contest Administrator in their sole discretion, acting reasonably and in accordance with applicable laws, at the time of vehicle delivery, satisfactory evidence of a valid Ontario driver's license and proof of insurance to take possession of the vehicle.

Upon receipt of the signed Contest documents as defined in Rule 9, the confirmed winner will be required to accept delivery of the vehicle within an eight (8) to twelve (12) week period from the participating Sponsor as selected by the Contest Administrator in its sole discretion, acting reasonably and in accordance with applicable laws. If, for any reason, the vehicle cannot be delivered within the eight (8) to twelve (12) week period, the Contest Administrator will notify the confirmed winner and will provide the confirmed winner with an update on when the vehicle is expected to be delivered. The Released Parties are not responsible for any costs associated with a confirmed winner's transportation to/from the participating HYUNDAI^TM dealership as selected by the Contest Administrator for delivery. The Released Parties make no express or implied warranties or conditions of any kind with respect to the Prize. The manufacturer’s standard vehicle warranty applies to the Prize.

No winner is entitled to any monetary difference between the actual Prize value and the estimated approximate retail value of each Prize stated herein.

NOTE: If an eligible winner has purchased a HYUNDAI^TM vehicle or leased a HYUNDAI^TM vehicle during the Contest Period or before the Contest, there is no cash alternative available to the eligible winner and/or confirmed winner. The Prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable, assignable, or convertible to cash. If, for any reason, the selected entrant is not willing to accept the Prize as awarded, he/she must forfeit his/her rights to the Prize without liability to the Release Parties.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable, assignable, or convertible to cash. No substitutions are permitted except at HYUNDAI^TM Canada Inc., in its sole discretion, acting reasonably and in accordance with applicable laws, to substitute the Prize or a component thereof with an item or items of equal or greater retail value, including, without limitation, but at HYUNDAI^TM Canada Inc., sole discretion, acting reasonably and in accordance with applicable laws, a cash award. By accepting the Prize, the confirmed winner agrees to waive all recourse against the Released Parties if his/her Prize or a component thereof does not prove satisfactory, either in whole or in part. The confirmed winner is solely responsible for all costs not expressly described herein.

None of the Released Parties makes any representation or offers any warranty, express or implied, as to the quality or fitness of the Prize awarded in connection with the Contest. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the confirmed winner understands and acknowledges that he or she may not seek reimbursement or pursue any legal or equitable remedy from the Sponsors or any of the other Released Parties should his/her Prize fail to be fit for its purpose or be in any way unsatisfactory. For greater certainty and the avoidance of any doubt, by accepting the Prize, each confirmed winner agrees to waive all recourse against the Sponsors and all the other Released Parties if the Prize does not prove satisfactory, either in whole or in part.

WINNERS SELECTION PROCESS AND ODDS OF WINNING: A random draw will be held in Beamsville, ON at approximately 3:00 P.M. Eastern Daylight Time (“EDT”) on July 13, 2026 (the “Draw Date”), to select the eligible entry received amongst all participating HYUNDAI^TM Ontario dealerships (as defined in Appendix “A” below) on or before the Contest Closing Date. An eligible entry is defined as an Entry submitted and received in accordance with these Rules during the Contest Period. The odds of winning a prize depend on the total number of eligible entries submitted and received in accordance with these Rules during the Contest Period.

ELIGIBLE WINNER NOTIFICATION AND CONFIRMATION PROCEDURES: A designated representative of the Contest Administrator will attempt to contact each eligible winner by email and/or telephone (using the information provided on the Entry Form) within five (5) business days of the Draw Date. If attempts to reach an eligible winner are made by telephone, the call attempts will be made between 9:00 A.M. EST and 7:00 P.M. EDT, Monday to Friday. No voice messages will be left if the call is not answered. It is the responsibility of any entrant to check their email account after the Draw Date, including their inbox, spam, junk, promotional, social, or other folders their email provider may push emails to. The Contest Parties will not be responsible for failed attempts to contact any eligible winner. If any eligible winner cannot be contacted as outlined above, or if there is a return of any notification as undeliverable, then such eligible winner will be disqualified without any liability to the Contest Parties whatsoever (and the disqualified eligible winner will have no claim against the Contest Parties with respect to the Contest and the Prize) and the Contest Administrator reserves the right, in its the sole discretion, acting reasonably and in accordance with applicable laws, and time permitting, to randomly select an alternate eligible winner from among the remaining eligible entries submitted and received in accordance with these Rules during the Contest Period (in which case the foregoing provisions of this section shall apply to such newly selected eligible winner). This process will be repeated until there is a confirmed winner. The Contest Parties are not responsible for the failure of an eligible winner to receive notification or other communications concerning this Contest or for the failure of any reason whatsoever of the Contest Administrator to receive the eligible winner’s response or other communications from the eligible winner concerning this Contest.

WINNERS CONFIRMATION / ACCEPTANCE OF A PRIZE: NO ONE IS A WINNER UNLESS AND UNTIL THE CONTEST ADMINISTRATOR OFFICIALLY CONFIRMS HIM/HER AS A WINNER IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE RULES. BEFORE BEING DECLARED A CONFIRMED PRIZE WINNER, each eligible winner will be required to: (a) correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question without mechanical or other aid (which may, in the sole discretion, acting reasonably and in accordance with applicable laws, of the Contest Administrator, be administered by email or other electronic means, by telephone, or in the Sponsors Declaration of Compliance / Release of Liability and Consent to Publicity Form (the “Release Form”); and (b) print, hand sign and return within five (5) business days of notification the Release Form, which (among other things); (i) confirms compliance with these Rules; (ii) acknowledges acceptance of the Prize (as awarded); (iii) confirms the ability to provide proof that he/she has a valid Ontario driver’s license and able to provide insurance for the Prize as defined in Section 7 above; (iv) releases the Released Parties from any and all liability in connection with this Contest, his/her participation therein and/or the awarding and use/misuse of the Prize or any portion thereof; (v) agrees to the publication, reproduction and/or other use of his/her name, city/province, voice, statements about the Contest and/or photograph or other likeness without further notice or compensation, in any publicity or advertisement carried out by or on behalf of any participating HYUNDAI^TM Ontario dealer in any manner whatsoever, including print, broadcast or the internet (including, but not limited to, any social media platforms). If the eligible winner (a) fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question, (b) fails to return the properly executed Release Form within the specified time frame; (c) cannot accept (or is unwilling to accept) the Prize (as awarded) for any reason; and/or (d) is determined to violate these Rules (all as determined by the Contest Administrator in their sole discretion, acting reasonably and in accordance with applicable laws); then he/she will be disqualified (and will forfeit all rights to the Prize) and the Contest Administrator reserve the right, in their sole discretion, acting reasonably and in accordance with applicable laws, to randomly select an alternate eligible entrant from the remaining eligible entries submitted and received in accordance with these Rules (in which case the foregoing provisions of this section shall apply to such newly selected eligible winner).

11.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

All entries become the property of the applicable participating HYUNDAI^M Ontario dealership. This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws. The decisions of the Contest Parties with respect to all aspects of this Contest are final and binding on all entrants without right of appeal, including, without limitation, any decisions regarding the eligibility/disqualification of entries and/or entrants. ANYONE DEEMED BY THE CONTEST PARTIES TO BE IN VIOLATION OF THE INTERPRETATION OF THE LETTER AND/OR SPIRIT OF THESE RULES FOR ANY REASON IS SUBJECT TO DISQUALIFICATION IN THE SOLE DISCRETION, ACTING REASONABLY AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH APPLICABLE LAWS, OF THE CONTEST PARTIES AT ANY TIME.

ii.

The Released Parties will not be liable for; (i) any failure of the entry platform(s) and/or Website; (ii) any technical malfunction or other problems of any nature whatsoever, including, without limitation, those relating to the telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment or software; (iii) the failure of any Entry and/or other information to be received, captured or recorded for any reason whatsoever, including, but not limited to, technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website: (iv) any injury or damage to an entrant's or any other person's computer or other device related to or resulting from participating in the Contest; (v) anyone being incorrectly and/or mistakenly identified as a winner or eligible winner; and/or (vi) any combination of the above.

iii.

In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an entry, the Contest Administrator and Contest Parties reserve the right, in their sole discretion, acting reasonably and in accordance with applicable laws, to deem the entry to have been submitted by the individual identified on the Entry and is the authorized account holder of the email address and telephone number provided at the time of entry "Authorized account holder" is defined as the person who is assigned an email address or telephone number by an internet provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g. business, educational institute, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address or telephone number. An entrant may be required to provide proof (in a form acceptable to the Contest Administrator and Contest Parties, including, without limitation, government-issued photo identification) that he/she is the authorized account holder of the email address and/or telephone number associated with the entry in question.

iv.

The Contest Administrator with the consent of all participating HYUNDAI^TM Ontario dealers reserve the right, in their sole discretion, acting reasonably and in accordance with applicable laws, to withdraw, amend or suspend this Contest (or to amend these Rules) in any way, in the event of any cause beyond the reasonable control of all participating HYUNDAI^TM Ontario dealers that interferes with the proper conduct of this Contest as contemplated by these Rules, including, without limitation, any error, problem, computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or failure of any kind whatsoever. Any attempt to damage any website or to undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest in any way (as determined by all of the participating HYUNDAI^TM Ontario dealers and Contest Administrator in their sole discretion, acting reasonably and in accordance with applicable laws,) may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made; all of the participating HYUNDAI^TM Ontario dealers and Contest Administrator reserve the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Contest Administrator, with the consent of all participating HYUNDAI^TM Ontario dealers, reserves the right, in their sole discretion, acting reasonably and in accordance with applicable laws, to cancel, amend, or suspend this Contest, or to amend these Rules, in any way without prior notice or obligation, in the event of any accident, printing, administrative, or other error of any kind, or for any other reason whatsoever. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Contest Administrator reserves the right, in their sole discretion, acting reasonably and in accordance with applicable laws, to administer an alternate test of skill as it deems appropriate based on the circumstances and/or to comply with applicable law.

With the consent of all participating HYUNDAI^TM Ontario dealers, the Contest Administrator reserve the right, in their sole discretion, acting reasonably and in accordance with applicable laws, to adjust any of the dates, timeframes and/or other Contest mechanics stipulated in these Rules, to the extent deemed necessary by the Contest Administrator, for purposes of verifying compliance by any entrant, Entry and/or other information with these Rules, or as a result of any technical or other problems, or in light of any other circumstances which, in the opinion of the Contest Administrator, in their sole discretion, acting reasonably and in accordance with applicable laws, affect the proper administration of the Contest as contemplated in these Rules, or for any other reason.

In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the terms and conditions of these Rules and disclosures or other statements contained in any Contest-related materials, including, but not limited to: Entry Form, the website, point of sale materials, social media platforms, television, print or online advertising and/or any instructions or interpretations of these Rules given by any representative of a participating HYUNDAI^TM Ontario dealers or any other Contest Party; the terms and conditions of these Rules shall prevail, govern and control to the fullest extent permitted by law.

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. If any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. Headings used in these Rules are solely for ease of reference and shall not be deemed or considered to affect in any manner the meaning or intent of these Rules or any provision hereof.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Rules or the rights and obligations of participants, all of the participating HYUNDAI^TM Ontario dealers or any of the other Released Parties in connection with the Contest will be governed by and construed in accordance with the domestic laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other jurisdiction's laws. The parties hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Ontario in any action to enforce (or otherwise relating to) these Rules or relating to this Contest.

This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram. By participating in this Contest, you agree to a complete release of Meta Platforms Inc. from any claims and liability arising out of your participation in the Contest.

By participating and submitting an Entry, each entrant expressly consents to the Contest Administrator's storing, sharing, and using their personal information for the purpose of administering the Contest. Any participant who submitted an Entry and indicated that they may have an interest in purchasing or leasing a HYUNDAI^TM vehicle, their personal information submitted will be shared by the Contest Administrator with their preferred HYUNDAI^TM dealer. Any participant who chooses to “opt in” to receiving future marketing or promotional email communications from their preferred HYUNDAI^TM dealer, their personal information will be shared by the Contest Administrator with their preferred HYUNDAI^TM dealer. Any participant can “unsubscribe” anytime by either selecting the “unsubscribe” button in any given email or if you are receiving text messages, reply with “STOP”.
